Gilmer Research Partners
Gilmer’s personal Portfolio Workbench helps investors review account records, holdings, allocation, risk and planning inputs. Advisor Workbench adds client-account oversight and portfolio workflows within a firm. Available analysis depends on reconciled records, price coverage and plan access.
Portfolio analysis examines how holdings combine: their weights, asset exposures, concentration and risk. The starting point is a reconciled set of account records with a clear valuation date. Incomplete holdings or missing prices should remain visible rather than being treated as zero.
Confirm account identities, security identities, quantities, cash and transaction dates. Separate cost basis from current market value. A portfolio percentage is only meaningful when its valuation basis and coverage are understood.
Look across asset classes, sectors, industries and countries where authoritative classifications are available. Include cash and identify unclassified exposure. Fund holdings can reveal overlapping positions, but only when holdings coverage and dates support the analysis.
Compare current allocations with your planning assumptions and review the proposed changes. A model or rebalancing scenario is an analytical input, not a promise of future performance or evidence that a trade has been placed.
Yes. Personal portfolio tools operate on an investor’s own account records. Advisor client-account workflows require firm membership and the appropriate permissions; private records do not appear on the public website.
Public product previews use clearly labeled illustrative data. Your private account records and supported analytics belong in the authenticated workspace after account setup and reconciliation.
Market data is delayed. Coverage and availability vary by dataset and plan. Advisor research tool. Not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation.
