Market data. Equity quotes, price history, movers, sectors and calendars are retrieved server-side from configured data providers. Display access does not grant export or redistribution rights. Exchange-traded funds used to represent an index are proxies — SPY is not the S&P 500. Check each module’s source, as-of time and availability before relying on its values.

Official data. Treasury par yields come from the U.S. Department of the Treasury, reference rates (EFFR, SOFR) from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and labour and inflation series from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Filing metadata and document links come from SEC EDGAR. Use the stated observation dates; a monthly release is not a current market quote.

Timing. Market data on this site is delayed. Check each module’s source, as-of time and freshness. Access does not establish a real-time entitlement.

Not investment advice. Advisor research tool. Not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. Nothing on this site accounts for the objectives or circumstances of any particular person.

Research and Risk Disclosures

How to interpret market data, research, models, and analytical results.

Research Use

Advisor research tool. Not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. General market research does not account for the objectives or circumstances of a particular investor. Account-specific tools use supplied inputs and do not replace an advisor’s independent assessment.

Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Diversification and asset allocation do not assure a profit or prevent loss. Consult appropriate investment, legal, and tax professionals for decisions requiring individualized advice.

Sources, Timing, and Coverage

Read the source, observation date, publication time, coverage, and methodology attached to each dataset. Market data may be delayed or reflect a completed session. Publication time is not necessarily the time of the underlying observation. Do not treat a displayed value as an executable quote.

Missing data does not mean zero. A limited universe, excluded securities, stale inputs, revisions, currency conversion, or changes in classification can affect comparisons and rankings. Verify material figures against the originating source before acting.

An ETF used as an index proxy is a fund with its own fees, tracking differences, and trading characteristics; it is not the index itself. Source-provider and government-agency names identify provenance and do not imply endorsement. Review any source-specific use and attribution notices.

Models, Backtests, and Projections

Model portfolios, backtests, simulations, forecasts, and scenario results are hypothetical unless explicitly identified and substantiated as actual performance. They do not represent the results of an account merely because they use historical prices.

Hypothetical results depend on assumptions about selection, timing, rebalancing, reinvestment, taxes, fees, transaction costs, liquidity, and execution. They may benefit from hindsight and may not capture actual market conditions, investor behavior, or implementation constraints. Actual results can differ materially.

Do not assume returns include or deduct advisory fees, fund expenses, transaction costs, or taxes unless the specific methodology says so. Review the benchmark, currency, measurement period, and treatment of cash and distributions. An index cannot be invested in directly.

These general disclosures do not by themselves make hypothetical performance suitable for public advertising or client distribution. An advisor must assess the intended audience and applicable supervisory and disclosure requirements.

Ratings, Rankings, and AI

Rankings and scores are outputs of the stated methodology and covered universe, not assurances of investment merit. Third-party analyst opinions are distinct from Gilmer research. Read the author, source, date, and any accompanying conflicts disclosures; do not infer that an absent disclosure means no conflict exists.

AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsupported. Check cited sources and calculations. An AI response is not an approved Gilmer research publication simply because it appears in the Terminal.

Instrument and Planning Risks

Options, leveraged or inverse funds, structured products, and other derivatives can involve substantial losses and complex terms. A buffer, coupon, barrier, or illustrative payoff is subject to the actual instrument’s terms, issuer credit, fees, valuation, liquidity, and holding period. Review the applicable prospectus or offering documents.

Fixed-income instruments are exposed to interest-rate, credit, liquidity, and other risks. International investments can add currency, political, regulatory, and market-access risks.

Tax and planning calculations are estimates based on supplied facts and stated assumptions. They do not determine an individual’s tax liability or replace professional review. Client-facing reports and exports require the firm’s own review and appropriate accompanying disclosures.

Questions and Corrections

Contact Gilmer if a source, date, methodology, or disclosure appears incorrect or incomplete. Include the page and observation date, without sending confidential account information in an ordinary email.
